I would like a fabric that is not listed on the product page. How can I get that?

  • I am able to do repairs on a case by case basis.

  • If there is a defect in manufacturing, let me know as soon as you notice it and I can fix it at not cost.

  • Damage from normal wear and tear, improper use, or accidents can be repaired if the nature of the damage allows it.

  • Send an email to winslowpacks@gmail.com with photos and details of the damage.

  • I will do as much repair as I can for free, but larger scale repairs may require a small cost to cover materials and time.

  • You are responsible for shipping costs to send an item in for repair.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT SEAM TAPED PRODUCTS

    • While seam taping does improve the water resistance of a bag, I still recommend using a pack liner to keep items in your backpack completely dry.

    • Due to the nature of products that are seam taped, repairs are often very difficult or not possible, particularly to damaged seams. If you have a seam taped product, send me photos of the damage and I will do my best to help.

    • Keep this in mind when ordering seam taped bags.

Do you offer repairs on your gear?

  • Fabrics with an internal film layer can be seam taped to add water resistance. Common fabrics with a film layer are ULTRA200x and EPLX200 & 400

  • Snack Packs made with seam tapeable fabrics will be by default.

  • Currently, backpacks made with Ultra200x will be seam taped by default, but EPLX packs will be bound with grosgrain.

  • All other fabrics will have seams bound with grosgrain.
